Primedsoft Internship Terms and Conditions

Program Duration: 

Are you committed to participating in the Primedsoft tech online training program for the specified duration of three months? 

 Confidentiality: 

Will you uphold the confidentiality of all training materials, proprietary information, and sensitive data shared during the program, understanding that unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited? 

 Code of Conduct: 

Are you willing to adhere to a professional code of conduct throughout the training program, maintaining respectful communication and a positive learning environment? 

 Intellectual Property: 

Do you acknowledge that all intellectual property developed or shared during the training program belongs to Primedsoft, and you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only? 

 Attendance and Punctuality: 

Are you committed to regular attendance and punctuality for all scheduled training sessions, understanding that excessive tardiness or unexcused absences may lead to termination from the program? 

 Assessment and Feedback: 

Will you actively participate in assessments, quizzes, and evaluations as required, and utilize constructive feedback for continuous improvement? 

 Equipment and Software: 

Do you understand that you are responsible for ensuring access to a suitable computer, stable internet connection, and any required software or tools specified by Primedsoft? 

Payment and Refund Policy: 

Are you aware that the internship fee is £599.99 and that the payment is non-refundable once the training has started? Additionally, are you willing to forfeit a 15% administrative fee if a refund is requested before the first class? 

 Termination of Internship: 

Do you acknowledge that Primedsoft reserves the right to terminate the internship if you violate any terms and conditions or engage in inappropriate behavior, and that the decision of termination rests solely with Primedsoft? 

 Certification and Completion: 

Do you understand that upon fulfilling all requirements of the training program, you will receive a certificate of completion, and this certificate does not guarantee employment? Additionally, do you acknowledge that Primedsoft holds the right to withhold certification in cases of non-compliance or inadequate performance?
